Our commitment
MEIZ processes personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. Data protection is built into our services by design (privacy by design).
Data collected
Through this site we only collect the data you voluntarily provide : the audit form details (name, company, email, phone, questionnaire answers) and email correspondence, solely to get back to you and prepare your audit. Analytics data may be collected, only after your consent (see our cookie policy).
Legal basis & retention
Processing relies on your consent, or on our legitimate interest in answering your requests. Data linked to a contact is kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymized.
Hosting & sovereignty
Application data is processed on infrastructure located within the European Union. No transfer outside the EU is made without an appropriate legal basis. In the course of our work, our clients' data is partitioned and is never used to train public AI models.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the MEIZ teams only. It is neither sold nor transferred. Our technical subprocessors (hosting, email delivery) act on instruction and offer GDPR-compliance guarantees.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@meiz.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
